How are pre-loved products graded?

All our clubs are thoroughly inspected before being listed. Each club goes through a head, shaft, and grip inspection, an authenticity evaluation, and an aesthetic and wear assessment.

New — Brand new, in original packaging and protection.

Excellent — Nearly impossible to differentiate from new. Used very few times, if at all.

Very Good — Used but in fantastic shape. Minor cosmetic imperfections only.

Good — Normal use over several seasons, but in better than average shape for its age.
