My club broke. Can Golf Avenue cover it under warranty?

Golf Avenue offers a 6-month warranty on all pre-owned clubs purchased on our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use conditions.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, paint wear, grip deterioration)

• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or accidents

• Modifications made to the club after purchase

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team.

Make sure to include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged club (face, sole, hosel, and shaft)

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will offer you a replacement or a refund depending on availability.
