What should I do if my product is defective?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order. If you observe abnormal wear or a defective component, unrelated to transport, please let us know. Golf Avenue is not responsible for service or repair costs paid by the buyer without prior approval. In the event that a component requires repair, service, or replacement, we will do our best to find a convenient solution. Any damage caused by transport must be reported to us immediately with visual proof of the issue and packaging.
