Golf Avenue offers two types of payment options. Store credits and cash wire transfers. The credit is applicable on your future purchases or your current purchase (via refund) if you use our unified cart and will be available to you at any time in your account.
When you opt for Golf Avenue store credit instead of a cash payout, we add a bonus percentage on top of your club’s quoted value. That bonus will be show in your cart & checkout.
E-transfer payments are sent through Plooto, a third-party platform. When the funds are sent, you will receive an email from Plooto with a link to accept the payment. You will first need to answer a security question, and you will then be able to proceed to enter your banking information to complete the deposit into your account.
You will receive an email from Plooto 1-3 days after payment has been processed.
