Can I return my item?

Your satisfaction is at the heart of our priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will certainly find a solution!

Golf Avenue offers the following return policy on all eligible products, excluding items purchased on sale:

• Within 30 days of purchase — return for a full refund to your original payment method

• Within 31 to 60 days of purchase — return for store credit only

A flat return shipping fee of $15 + applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label will be provided. If the return is due to an error on our end, return shipping is covered at no charge.

Eligible items:

• Used golf clubs (any golf club that is not listed under the “new” category)

• Golf clubs in new condition that are returned in their original packaging and that have not been struck or tried. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply if the original packaging has been opened or damaged

• Clothing, shoes, and accessories that have not been worn or used, and that are returned in their original packaging, with the original sales tag

Products purchased on sale or during a special sale are final sales — no refunds or credits will be given. All products purchased in the clearance section of the site are FINAL sales.
